




Job Summary: We are seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented Pattern Maker to develop, adjust, and validate patterns according to technical and production criteria, optimize processes, and ensure garment feasibility. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, adjusting, and validating patterns according to technical and production criteria, ensuring the feasibility of each garment from development through to production. Additionally, they will support process optimization, adherence to delivery timelines, and compliance with the company’s established quality standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Validate patterns and support sample and prototype development. * Create, modify, and adjust patterns according to technical criteria for garment construction and production. * Accurately grade patterns per established measurement charts; manage priorities and deadlines for product development, ensuring compliance and production viability. * Interpret technical specifications, specifications sheets, and production orders. * Resolve technical issues arising during production and make necessary pattern adjustments. * Optimize fabric consumption and support productivity efficiency initiatives. * Maintain documentation control for physical and digital patterns, ensuring updated versions and organized file management. * Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure final product quality. * Prevent rework by conducting technical validation of patterns and processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Pattern Making or currently in final semesters of study. * Minimum 2 years of experience in pattern making, grading, and pattern development. * Proficiency in pattern-making tools and software: Optitex, Marker 23, PDS 23, CorelDRAW, and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of garment construction and textile production processes. * Technical analysis and problem-solving skills. * Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities. **WE OFFER:** Working Hours: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Salary: M.L.V.
