We seek a **proactive, organized, and responsible Accountant** to lead internal accounting operations, ensuring tax compliance and the reliability of financial information. This is a key operational role, with ongoing coordination and supervision by external financial leadership (CFO / Senior Accountant), ideal for professionals aiming to strengthen their technical profile and advance professionally. **Job Mission** Ensure accurate execution of accounting and tax processes, delivering clear, organized, and timely financial information for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** ✔ Recording, accrual, and reconciliation of accounting transactions ✔ Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable ✔ Monthly accounting closings and support in financial reporting ✔ Preparation and filing of taxes (VAT, withholding taxes, ICA, etc.) ✔ Cost and inventory control (raw materials, production, and shrinkage) ✔ Organization and custody of accounting documentation and supporting evidence ✔ Preparation of operational management reports for leadership ✔ Support during audits and regulatory compliance **Requirements** * Degree in Public Accounting (valid professional license) * 3–5 years of experience in accounting leadership roles * Knowledge of IFRS and Colombian tax regulations * Proficiency in accounting software (Siigo, Contapyme, World Office, or other ERP systems) * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills * Rigor, organization, and compliance orientation **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: **COP $2\.400\.000 \+ all statutory benefits (up to $400\.000 bonus, subject to compliance)** * Job stability * Professional growth with mentorship from external financial leadership * A dynamic, human-centered environment with continuous improvement challenges **Ideal for you if:** ➤ You are disciplined regarding data and processes ➤ You enjoy structuring, reconciling, and controlling information ➤ You can work effectively under clear guidelines ➤ You are committed to operational efficiency ➤ You thrive in productive and manufacturing environments If numbers excite you as much as freshly baked bread excites us Employment Type: Full-time
