Join us!** **MAIN JOB FUNCTION** Support the critical and strategic team on software development topics within NEXTGEN to enable digital transformation and automation of critical processes in retail banking. Design and implement robotics (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, and digitalization solutions that eliminate friction in financial processes. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies/certifications in AI or Digital Transformation are desirable. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum three (3) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector, in software development and/or participation in process modernization projects. **KNOWLEDGE AND TOOLS** * Automation/AI tools * Distributed systems (ASO, APX, JAVA) * User management * Project management and/or software lifecycle management * Java/JavaScript * Cells (Desirable) * COBOL (Desirable) **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Teamwork * Communication skills * Customer service orientation * Problem-solving orientation * Analytical thinking * Hello!
