To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub. ### **Description and Requirements** **Overview:** We are seeking a Senior Government Sales professional to develop, structure, and grow the Territorial Government business (departments, governorships, and major municipalities across the country), responsible for planning, executing, and achieving the sales plan through a consultative approach, expertise in public procurement processes, and effective management of customers, partners, and channels. **Key Responsibilities:** Business Planning and Development: * Design and execute the annual sales plan for the assigned territory, aligned with Lenovo’s national objectives. * Identify structural opportunities within governorships, capital city mayoral offices, and decentralized entities. * Manage the opportunity pipeline from early identification through to closure and invoicing. * Prioritize strategic accounts and high-budget-impact projects. Commercial Management and Relationship Building: * Build high-level relationships with ICT, Finance, Education, and Planning Secretariats, as well as mayors, governors, and technical teams. * Position Lenovo’s portfolio as a strategic solution—not merely a hardware supplier. * Lead commercial visits, executive presentations, and technical committees. Public Procurement and Ecosystem Engagement: * Manage opportunities via SECOP I and II, Price Framework Agreements, and low-value procurement procedures, abbreviated selection, and public tenders. * Collaborate with channels and integrators to structure proposals. * Support pre-sales processes, technical validation, and contractual closure. Execution and Monitoring: * Ensure achievement of quota, revenue, portfolio mix, and profitability targets. * Guarantee proper post-sales execution in coordination with internal departments. * Periodically report progress, forecasts, and risks to management. **✅** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
