Resolve questions, coordinate appointments, and provide necessary support Job Description: **At AXA Ips**, we are looking for a **Telephone Adherence Specialist** for the **PSP (Patient Support Program)** line in **Bogotá.** **Job Objective:** Ensure continuity and quality throughout the patient care process by conducting proactive telephone outreach. This includes regular contact with patients to monitor their progress, resolve questions, coordinate appointments, send treatment or consultation reminders, and provide necessary support.**Your Responsibilities:** ----------------- **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor treatment adherence according to the assigned schedule * Enroll patients into the Patient Program, ensuring informed consent is obtained * Prepare required reports to ensure smooth program operations, as requested by the team leader * Record and keep patient information updated in the CRM **What You’ll Bring:** **Technical Skills:** * Basic proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Ability to update and manage CRM-type information systems * Knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system * **Communication Skills:** * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to educate and guide patients and their families * **Specific Knowledge:** * Experience in managing access barriers * Support for patients in navigating the healthcare system through health education * **Personal Attributes:** * **Proactivity:** Ability to anticipate needs and act autonomously * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals * **Problem Solving:** Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently * **Commercial Mindset:** Customer- and patient-satisfaction-oriented approach * **Empowerment:** Sense of responsibility and confident decision-making * **Healthcare Service Knowledge and Aptitude:** Solid knowledge of healthcare practices and ability to apply it in real-world settings * **Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn and Work:** Continuous desire to learn and improve professionally **What We Offer:** At AXA Partners, we value the people who work with us, which is why we regularly review our compensation and benefits packages.
