Job Summary: Design and implementation of the HSEQ Management System, support in employee onboarding and re-onboarding, pre-operational and periodic inspections, and risk management. Planning and execution of emergency drills Design and implementation of the HSEQ Management System, ensuring its alignment with the “Trinorma” (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environment). Support in onboarding and re-onboarding processes for the company’s direct employees and contractors. Pre-operational and periodic inspections of all elements used to fulfill the company’s corporate purpose. Completion of Safe Job Analysis (SJA), work permits, and occupation-specific risk analyses for both the organization and its clients. Identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks related to safety, occupational health, and environment, ensuring worker integrity and protection of the organization and its clients. Preparation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management reports: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual. Management of indicators under Decree 1072 of 2015 and its complementary regulations, including those that amend or repeal it. Support for internal and external clients, either in person or virtually. On-site support to verify safety conditions and regulatory compliance. Delivery of required training, according to area or system needs. Development of work plans, training schedules, safety talks, and preventive campaigns. Monitoring of activities under OSH and Environmental programs, ensuring compliance. Management of findings arising from inspections—whether internal or reported by clients. Planning, execution, and evaluation of emergency drills impacting the Integrated Management System (IMS). Weekly submission of activity reports to the immediate supervisor.
