We are looking for Technical, Technologist, or Professional interns in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields who have approval for an apprenticeship contract and are interested in developing their careers in Human Talent. Responsibilities Support in recruitment and selection processes Participation in organizational well-being activities Support in contracting processes Administrative management (e.g., purchase orders, supplier follow-up, among others) Training and Learning Posting job vacancies on portals such as Computrabajo Using the company’s internal platforms Support in payroll processes Requirements Technical, Technologist, or Professional student in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields Approval for an apprenticeship contract No prior apprenticeship contract signed (preferred) Conditions Work Modality: Hybrid (2 days remote – 3 days in office) Location: Bogotá, D.C.
