




Position Summary: Coordinate and lead operational activities of projects, ensuring compliance with processes and management of human and material resources. Key Highlights: 1. POSITION: Operational Coordinator Experience in maintenance and repair of computer equipment (Laptops, Workstations, and Desktops of the HP brand) Lead the proper development of operational activities for the assigned project, ensuring that processes are carried out within the timeframes and in the manner stipulated by the company, so that services are delivered promptly, Coordinate the availability of necessary physical resources and personnel to carry out operations. Report directly to the Project Coordinator or Project Manager, and, given the nature of their functions and areas under their responsibility, coordinate all activities related to the mission-critical and operational processes of the assigned project. Manage the human resources assigned to the process. Ensure the implementation, operation, sustainability, and growth of assigned projects within the unit. Process and properly channel required documentation and necessary financial resources for the execution of projects, activities, and tasks specific to each position.
