Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the financial closing of proposals and quotation follow-up. 2. Serve as the liaison with customers regarding products, services, and billing. 3. Support tender proposals and manage commercial and procurement documentation. At Microhome S.A.S., a technology-sector company, we are currently seeking a Cost and Procurement Analyst in Bogotá and Medellín to support the Commercial Management process, conduct financial tracking of business activities, and guarantee fulfillment of commitments made to customers. Responsibilities: Support the financial closing of proposals together with the commercial team. Generate, send, and track quotations. Act as the liaison with customers on matters related to products, services, contracts, purchase orders, and billing. Support tender proposals and processes. Support procurement activities and track customer deliveries. Monitor expiration dates and renewals of licenses and services. Manage documentation for commercial and procurement processes. Requirements: Technical, technological, or university student Minimum 2 years of experience in cost analysis or related functions within technology-sector companies.
