Job Summary: We are seeking a Domestic and International Procurement Coordinator to join our team, specialized in hardware and software solutions. Key Highlights: 1. An international company specializing in the development of hardware and software solutions is looking for a Domestic and International Procurement Coordinator for its team. Responsibilities: Domestic and International Procurement -Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers. -Identify new suppliers when required. -Prepare purchase orders and track them until delivery. -Review pricing, lead times, and quality of each supplier. -Review and request approval for procurement and logistics service invoices. Foreign Trade -Apply Incoterms terms according to each transaction. -Negotiate and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents. -Track BL and/or AWB. -Manage documentation required for import and export operations. -Perform import settlement. -Possess basic knowledge of tariffs and fixed fees charged by customs. -Have basic knowledge of foreign trade regulations (including Mexico, where applicable). -Carry out export coordination when required (manage VUCE, FedEx website, DHL website, Coordinadora USA). -Support on basic tariff classification for handled products, among other duties.
