




Job Summary: We are seeking an Academic Outreach Manager to transform businesses with technology by developing agreements, events, and training programs with educational institutions. Build a database of educational institutions from official government websites (federal, state, local, and foundations) and the private sector. 2. Identify candidate educational institutions for Siigo products within the database, based on academic programs/faculties. 3. Prospect educational institutions to join the Academic Outreach Program by presenting proposals virtually and/or in person. 4. Draft Academic Outreach Program agreements with all academic institutions for the commercialization of educational licenses, aligned with each institution’s requirements. 5. Draft inter-institutional cooperation agreements between Siigo and educational institutions. 6. Participate in educational institutions’ events, representing the brand; delivering talks on Siigo products and/or tax updates; promoting Siigo information at booths; serving as a judge at special events, among others. 7. Protect and safeguard the legal information provided by educational institutions. 8. Protect and safeguard the company’s legal information and that of its legal representatives. 9. Manage sponsorship requests from educational institutions that align with Siigo’s Academic Outreach objectives. 10. Schedule Siigo system training sessions for teachers and students enrolled in the Academic Outreach Program. 11. Conduct courses and workshops for teachers and students. 12. Organize webinars on topics of interest to educational institutions, aligned with Siigo’s Academic Outreach Program. 13. Manage product version updates with educational institutions under agreement. 14. Participate in complementary programs offered by educational institutions, such as incubators and alumni initiatives, among others. 15. Prepare reports, analyses, and performance indicators. 16. Organize events to invite new institutions to join the Academic Outreach Program. 17. Participate in LATAM-wide Academic Outreach initiatives, e.g., Synergy, Moodle, marketing, among others. 18. Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Customer, and People teams to create synergies and increase Siigo’s brand presence within educational institutions. 19. Record the full lifecycle of an educational institution in the CRM tool Synergy: prospect registration, follow-up for program enrollment (phone calls, emails, presentations, etc.), documentation and procedural steps for onboarding as a client, product and license assignments, agreement signing records, product serializations, license delivery, client training, workshops, etc. 20. Support other company departments upon request and subject to availability. · What we need from you? - You hold a Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Call Center, or related fields. - You have at least 1 year of experience in Renewal processes: negotiation, customer retention, and customer service. // Moodle: Experience creating materials for customers. - Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desirable. · What we offer Remote work.
