




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative-accounting and reception professional with analytical, numerical, and communication skills to support various operational and management functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Various administrative and accounting functions 2. Reception and customer service support 3. Document management and file control Administrative Duties: Purchase invoice accruals, disbursements, RC (Revenue Certificates), bank reconciliations, billing support, completion of general forms, administrative tasks for tenders, client registration management, accounts receivable collection, collection of withholding tax certificates, stationery inventory control, cleaning and cafeteria oversight. Physical and digital file control. Petty cash management. Reception Duties: Answering calls via the PBX telephone system, greeting visitors and external guests, handling general correspondence, managing refreshments during internal company meetings and events, managing receipt and return of internal company equipment. Verifying electrical disconnection, access control systems, cafeteria items, and kitchen closing procedures. Providing general support to the Administrative and Human Resources Department as needed. Required Knowledge and Skills: - Basic Accounting - Understanding and use of the Unified Chart of Accounts (PUC) and accounting accounts - Recording of accounting entries - Types of Taxpayers - Withholding tax and ICA (Industry and Commerce Tax) tables (for Purchases and Services) - Purchase invoice accruals - Strong writing and spelling skills Skills and Competencies: - Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment. - Analytical and numerical ability - Intermediate Excel and office software proficiency (Word, Google Forms, Office) - Experience with administrative systems, preferably Siigo PYME . -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree / Technological program 3 years of experience Knowledge Areas: Analytical ability, Accounting administration, Accounting analysis, Bank reconciliations, Invoices, Cash handling Keywords: assistant, helper, auxiliary, aide, accountant, paymaster, controller, accountant, billing clerk, treasurer, accounting clerk, receptionist, receptionist
