




Position Summary: We are seeking a Occupational Safety and Health professional to coordinate and execute field management, inspection, and accompaniment activities, ensuring regulatory compliance. Management and implementation of safety management systems Students in their 8th semester or beyond, Technologists, or Professionals in Occupational Safety and Health and/or related fields. Mandatory for Technologists or Professionals: Valid Occupational Safety and Health license with at least three years of validity. Valid Safe Work at Heights Coordinator course certificate issued no less than one year ago. Valid Advanced Level / Refresher Course for Safe Work at Heights. Valid 50-hour or 20-hour SGSST course certificate, as applicable. Students with six months of experience; height-related training is optional (with commitment to complete it). Technologists with three years of experience, including one year accompanying work at heights. Professionals with two years of experience, including one year accompanying work at heights. Experience in managing, designing, implementing, and executing occupational safety and health management systems. Must not be enrolled in an in-person study program. Must be available for nationwide travel, with potential absence of up to two months. Coordination and approval of work at heights. Responsibilities: - Accompany activities according to the organization’s nature, complying with all applicable legal requirements regarding occupational safety and health, environment, and quality. - Conduct safe job analyses for various activities performed by employees, documented in corresponding forms. - Manage work permits required for field activities. - Coordinate and/or deliver daily field safety and health, and environmental training sessions or toolbox talks. - Inspect and store personal protective equipment and fall protection equipment. - Prepare weekly reports on completed activities. - Comply with occupational safety and health operational procedures. - Identify existing risks and controls to mitigate them. - Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the integrated management system. - Verify compliance with biosafety protocols. - Perform other duties assigned by management. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Technological Program 1 year of experience Knowledge: Regulatory adherence/compliance, Coordination ability, Commitment, First aid, Occupational health, Management systems, Work at heights, Execution Willingness to travel: Yes People with disabilities: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, manager, deputy manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
