Your Responsibilities: - Train agents on health campaigns and ensure they have all the tools needed to deliver quality service. - Design and implement clear and effective training materials. - Support teams in measuring KPIs, NPS, and CSAT. - Participate in continuous process improvement and action plans. - Manage follow-up on customer and patient cases to guarantee an excellent experience. What We Are Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience as a call center trainer Experience in contact centers / BPOs, including group training and performance management. Effective communication, leadership, and skills in working with KPIs. Availability to work in Bogotá. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract, ensuring stability and growth.
