We are looking for a Collections/Portfolio Analyst to join our team — someone organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of monitoring collection processes, reconciliation, and accounts receivable control. What will you do at Veloces? You will monitor accounts receivable and customer portfolio statements. You will handle bank reports and validate payments. You will manage payment reminders and communicate with customers to ensure timely collections. You will support the reconciliation of received payments against invoices and internal records. You will identify inconsistencies or discrepancies in payments, invoices, or balances. You will keep portfolio information updated in systems and internal reports. You will support the generation of portfolio and financial tracking reports. You will document payment-related incidents or exceptions. Your superpowers: Experience or interest in portfolio, billing, or accounts receivable processes. Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Organization and tracking of financial information. Attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies. Clear communication and follow-up with customers. Nice to have... Prior experience in collection, portfolio, or reconciliation functions. Basic knowledge of accounting reconciliations or billing processes. Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or startup companies.
