Collaborate in setting monthly commercial goals and policies. Design the commercial strategy ensuring profitability for both the company and the customer, implementing it across all sales channels to contribute to the organizational purpose. Monitor commercial teams to ensure achievement of monthly budgets and management indicators. Support, evaluate, and provide feedback to leadership in commercial follow-ups and deal closures. Plan and execute activities that enhance the skills of the team under your supervision. Develop, motivate, and foster an excellent work environment within your team, achieving outstanding results. · What Do We Need From You? You hold a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, and/or related fields. You have 5 years of experience in the commercial area, with a focus on strategy development and goal achievement, including 2 years leading commercial teams of +30 people.
