Use of AI to optimize creative and content processes At OFIMA SAS, a leader in Enterprise Software Solutions with over 35 years of experience, we are looking for a Content Manager and Community Manager to produce relevant content for our B2B audience (software sector, community management, AI for sales) and manage our social media channels. The candidate will be responsible for generating texts and videos, managing communities, interacting with users, measuring results, and collaborating with the marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Create written and audiovisual content for blogs, social media, and educational materials, with SEO focus and aligned with buyer persona and the B2B funnel. Manage social media profiles (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, etc.), respond to interactions, and strengthen the community. Schedule content, analyze engagement metrics, and identify opportunities or reputation alerts. Design onboarding and retention materials jointly with Customer Success. Develop content for email marketing campaigns (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and client communications. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to optimize creative and content processes. Requirements: 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management. Excellent Spanish writing skills, basic knowledge of content SEO and social media metrics. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly to changes. Working Conditions Workplace: Medellín, Antioquia. Work Mode: On-site. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: To be agreed upon.
