




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling activities related to the installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring technical support and system optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage IT infrastructure and ensure technical support. 2. Participate in hardware/software procurement and advise users. 3. Coordinate personnel and supervise policy compliance. 1 Plan, organize, and control activities required for the installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure in accordance with policies and priorities established by the institution, client, or project. 2 Implement control measures regarding the use and utilization of IT resources. 3 Ensure technical support and maintenance for all systems in use. 4 Participate in software and hardware procurement, preparing technical specifications and recommendations. 5 Ensure user and client advisory services regarding proper hardware and software usage. 6 Supervise monitoring and optimization of leased equipment performance. 7 Implement and comply with policies, methodologies, and procedures defined by the Operational Management and Quality Management departments. 8 Generate management performance reports. 9 Schedule technicians for service and equipment readiness tasks. 10 Schedule remote and on-site technical support services. 11 Address client requirements across various projects. 12 Review invoices from contracted technicians for control and payment authorization. 13 Analyze root causes of non-conformities and improvement processes to formulate corrective actions. 14 Ensure personnel under supervision comply with risk prevention, quality, and environmental plans established in the IMS (Integrated Management System). 15 Coordinate and manage installation, maintenance, support, scheduling, and configuration of network and telecommunications equipment and software. 16 Implement telecommunications links meeting communication needs of active projects and company facility infrastructure. 17 Provide technical support for various telecommunications links to guarantee their optimal operation. 18 Contribute to planning and development of the telecommunications network’s technological infrastructure to ensure adequate support for information systems. 19 Perform all other activities required to successfully fulfill the company’s corporate purpose, in full compliance with instructions and orders issued by the employer or its representatives. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Professional Program 3 years of experience Languages: Spanish, English Knowledge: Coordination ability, Team management, Information Technology, Installations, System maintenance, Technical support, Personnel supervision, Infrastructure maintenance Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, deputy manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, support, support, help, assistance
