You will be responsible for the timely delivery and filing of documents, supporting materials, and notifications to clients in the field, ensuring proper management of each visit. File invoices and documents with clients or respective entities, ensuring compliance with established timeframes and defined requirements. Manage field courier routes, ensuring efficient coverage of assigned zones and optimizing travel time. Deliver, collect, and manage physical documents (invoices, supporting materials, notifications), safeguarding their integrity, confidentiality, and correct receipt. Ensure traceability of each activity performed by timely recording deliveries, collections, and incidents in designated systems or formats. Manage evidence of activities performed, including signatures, stamps, and supporting documents, and promptly report any inconsistencies, incidents, or operational difficulties. What are we looking for? High school diploma 1–3 years of field management experience (collections, courier services, or collections/revenue recovery) Knowledge of addresses, routes, and zones We offer: Base Salary: $1.750.905 + Legal Allowance $249.095 + Mobility Allowance $300.000 + Commissions: $214.685 Contract Type: Fixed-term employment contract Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Why join us?
