Required Profile We seek a professional who meets the following criteria: Technical or technological degree in systems, telematics, computer science, or related fields; or a student at least in the 6th semester. Minimum of 3 years of service desk experience (counted from the date the degree was issued), such as: Service Desk Agent / Help Desk Agent, Technical Support Specialist (remote or on-site), Telephone support and IT service management.
