Your Mission As a Senior Fullstack Technical Leader, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end solution technically, combining architectural vision with practical execution. You will define development guidelines, design modern architectures, and actively participate in building critical components, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. You will serve as the team’s technical reference, promoting best practices, resolving complex challenges, and accelerating value delivery in each iteration. Responsibilities Lead the team technically and define development standards. Design and validate architectures (microservices, APIs, events). Actively develop backend and frontend (40–60% of time). Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Resolve complex technical issues and support the team. Ensure solution quality, security, and performance. Participate in technical estimations and planning. Manage technical debt and promote continuous improvement. Requirements Solid experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer with a focus on technical leadership. Proficiency in backend and frontend development (e.g., Java, Node.js, Angular, React or others). Experience designing microservices- and API-based architectures. Knowledge of design patterns and event-driven architectures. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum). Proficiency with version control using Git. Experience with code quality practices and code reviews. Knowledge of security, performance, and scalability. Experience working in cloud environments (desirable). Ability to lead, mentor, and make technical decisions.
