If you are passionate about challenges, this is where you can make a difference. · Your Responsibilities: You renew assigned customers through your skills, ensuring proper management, classification, and follow-up. You receive customer calls via various support channels to identify why they have not renewed their product and achieve recovery of the outstanding balance. You contact customers who have not renewed their invoice and identify the reason for non-renewal, achieving collection. You ensure documentation of all interactions. · What We Need From You: Completed technical degree Minimum 1 year of experience in portfolio collections management, negotiation, customer service, loyalty, retention, and sales.
