Update control dashboards (status, risks, progress). 3. Consolidate and maintain up-to-date project documentation (plans, schedules, minutes, deliverables). 4. Support the execution of the change management plan (communications, training, adoption). 5. Develop communication materials (emails, presentations, key messages). 6. Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops. 7. Gather user insights (feedback, perceptions, resistance) through surveys, focus groups, etc. 8. Track adoption and participation indicators. · What do we need from you? Currently pursuing studies in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, and/or related fields. Have formal approval from your academic institution to begin your internship (productive stage), under an apprenticeship contract.
