Location: Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla Contract Type: Indefinite-term Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience and profile Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. · Academic Requirements and Experience Technologist or professional degree in International Business or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, internal sales, or telemarketing. Key Responsibilities Conduct telemarketing to contact potential customers, schedule commercial meetings, and generate business opportunities. Request pricing from the Pricing department according to customer requirements. Support the sales department in collecting documents required for onboarding new customers and updating existing ones, in accordance with BASC guidelines. Prepare quotations for the company’s services based on defined parameters. Maintain constant communication with sales staff and customers to ensure timely follow-up on quotations. Populate the CRM with Leads, Opportunities, Quotations, Shipping Instructions (IDO), and Sales Orders. Manage closed deals from creation of the Instruction (IDO) to completion of the operation. Meet established performance indicators for the sales department. Support the sales team in achieving business budget and profitability targets.
