Job Summary: We are seeking Implementation Consultants to support the initiation and development of software projects in the health sector, ensuring proper system adoption and functionality. Support to the work team We seek Implementation Consultants who will support the initiation and development of software projects in the health sector. These individuals will participate in initial client audits and various implementation stages, assisting with system parameterization and configuration, data migration, user training, and process follow-up. Their objective will be to ensure proper solution adoption and appropriate system functionality, supported by the work team. Profile Requirements: Education: - Technical or technological degree in administrative management, accounting, health administration, nursing, or related fields. Desirable Education: - Courses, diplomas, or certifications in hospital software or health management systems. Experience: - For technical graduates: minimum 2 years of experience in the health sector (administrative, financial, or clinical areas). - For technological graduates: minimum 1 year of experience in the health sector. - Experience in health information system implementation (desirable). - Knowledge of administrative, accounting, or clinical processes in IPS, clinics, or hospitals. Desirable Experience: - Participation in software implementation projects. - Training of end users. - System parameterization and configuration skills. - Knowledge of accounting (accounts payable, treasury, inventory) or hospital processes. - Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
