Experience: 1 year in datacenter infrastructure or process management. Responsibilities: Receiving and tracking incidents and requests using the ITCM tool Handling infrastructure-related incidents, requests, and events Analyzing and updating manuals Designing reports ITSM tool usage Backlog and team management Crisis room or work section support Schedule: 7x24 (5 AM to 1 PM, 6 AM to 2 PM, 7 AM to 3 PM, 7 AM to 4 PM, 8 AM to 5 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, 3 PM to 11 PM, 4 PM to 11 PM, 10 PM to 6 PM) rotating shifts, Chilean time zone (Colombian holidays included).
