Mentoring ability in a data science team We are seeking a **Lead Data Scientist** to deliver high\-impact modeling work, including migrating existing solutions to Azure Machine Learning while partnering with a distributed team. You will take ownership of model transitions and adapt to evolving priorities—apply now to help shape what we build next. **Responsibilities** * Lead migration of three models from Data IQ to Azure Machine Learning * Deliver transition of one LLM\-based model to the target Azure ML environment * Deliver transition of two classical machine learning models to the target Azure ML environment * Assess current model artifacts, dependencies, and data flows to plan migration steps * Coordinate priorities and timelines with onshore and offshore stakeholders * Validate migrated models to ensure functional parity and acceptable performance * Adapt solutions and technical approach as future scope and requirements evolve **Requirements** * 5\+ years of data science experience including machine learning delivery * Experience working with Large Language Models (LLM) * Lead\-level ownership and mentoring ability in a data science team * Model migration experience moving solutions between platforms or environments * Strong applied machine learning knowledge across classical ML and LLM\-based approaches * Strong problem\-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing scope * Upper\-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper\-Intermediate) **Nice to have** * Azure Machine Learning experience * Machine Learning Engineering experience
