At Siigo, we are looking for a Learning and Development Apprentice to join our team and take innovation to the next level. You support the design and creation of graphic and communication materials for training processes—such as presentations, posters, and digital materials—using Canva and/or Adobe tools. You design visual and interactive presentations that facilitate understanding of training content. You support the creation of basic multimedia content (short videos, simple animations, or audiovisual pieces) for training programs. You assist and support the organization of training and onboarding spaces, including trainer outreach, logistical support, and resolution of participants’ frequent questions. You support other activities assigned by your immediate supervisor related to graphic design, visual communication, and support for training processes. · What do we need from you? Currently pursuing technical or technological studies in Administration, Graphic Design, Human Talent, Applied Sciences, and/or related fields. No prior apprenticeship contract experience.
