We seek a Logistics Operations Assistant with high attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and an analytical mindset who wants to join a dynamic and continuously evolving team. What will be your mission? Provide operational, analytical, and documentary support to the logistics department, ensuring proper information management, data validation, and evidence collection for claim processes with carriers. What will you do daily? Collect and organize evidence (POD, waybills, photographs, supporting documents) for claim processes. Support the filing of incident cases (theft, damage, anomalies) with carriers. Perform data cross-checks and validations in Excel databases to detect inconsistencies. Manually track waybills with inconsistent statuses or lacking updates. Support mass waybill closure processes using pre-validated information. Provide operational support to the logistics team for daily tasks and urgent reporting. What we look for in you Experience or interest in operational, logistics, or data analysis areas. Intermediate Excel skills (data cross-referencing, validations, filters). High attention to detail and precision in information handling. Organizational and documentation capabilities.
