You will be responsible for supervising operators, ensuring proper incident tracking, and coordinating operations efficiently. You will serve as the team’s support point, ensuring all activities proceed without disruptions and that communication with operators and other departments remains clear and effective. Responsibilities • Supervise operations at the Central Station, verifying stations, operators, and unusual situations. • Handle customer calls and provide support during the shift. • Prepare and submit detailed operational reports, including photographic records and incident reports. • Coordinate and manage schedules, operational evaluations, and task execution. • Lead meetings with operators, supervisors, and management for follow-up, feedback, and continuous improvement. • Report shift status, incidents, and outcomes to management and leadership. • Manage disciplinary processes, staff evaluations, and counseling. • Carry out supervision-specific tasks (playbacks, dispatches, document control, etc.). • Support and supervise the team, including IT specialists. • Ensure proper use of work tools and completion of assigned tasks. Education and Experience: • Degree in administrative, computer science, or logistics-related fields. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervision, team management, customer service, and English language usage.
