A major Japanese multinational is currently seeking an On-Site Support Agent with experience in IT support and management to deliver timely user assistance and ensure optimal performance of technological devices. Main Responsibilities: - Configure, perform preventive maintenance, and provide support for printers. - Manage supplies and replace consumables (toner, etc.). - Prepare computer equipment (install operating systems and software). - Manage and track tickets, ensuring response and resolution timeframes. - Ensure operational continuity through effective service management. - Prepare and submit monthly reports and summaries to the client. Requirements: - Technical or technological degree in Systems, Technical Support, Informatics, or related fields. - Minimum one (1) year of experience providing Level I and II support for printing equipment. - Experience supporting and maintaining printers, multifunction devices, computer equipment, and other technology peripherals. - Knowledge of Windows, basic networking, software installation, and hardware diagnostics. - Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
