Job Summary: Lead the development and integration of electronic security and automation systems, including project programming and design. Key Highlights: 1. Lead electronic security and automation projects. 2. Handle CCTV, access control, and fire detection technologies. 3. Carry out full project management and construction progress tracking. Direct the development of installation and integration of electronic security and automation systems. Guide programming of alarms for directional fire detection systems: HONEYWELL, KIDDE, SIMPLEX, BOSCH. Define, in electronic security projects, the installation and programming of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, intrusion prevention systems, integrated fire detection systems (DAHUA, HIKVISION, HONEYWELL, BUILDING), structured cabling, conduit systems, fiber optics, closed-circuit television systems, access control systems, electric fences, alternative energy sources, radio links, and wireless networks. Prepare commencement minutes, progress reports, completion certificates, and contract closure documents. Visit various projects, inspect construction work, and assess client requirements, materials, and technical needs. Update drawings and/or design as required; promptly notify the commercial department of any changes that incur additional costs.
