Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering. Specialization in Project Management. Minimum 3 years of professional experience following issuance of the professional license. At least 2 years of specific experience in CCTV, Data Center, or IT services projects. Knowledge of comprehensive project management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel). Knowledge of technical regulations and quality standards. PMP, Scrum, or ITIL certifications (desirable). Main Responsibilities Plan, execute, and close assigned projects. Manage human, technical, and financial resources. Monitor project schedules and budgets. Lead multidisciplinary teams and track performance indicators. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards. Represent the company before clients, third-party supervisors, and suppliers. Prepare technical, financial, and progress reports. Ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
