Valid PMP/Scrum Master certification (preferred). You must master: Advanced Agile: Scrum/Kanban in real teams. Tools: Jira, Linear, Notion/ClickUp (backlogs/sprints). Metrics: Velocity, cycle time, deployment frequency, bug rate. Software lifecycle: CI/CD, basic technical debt. Leadership: Authority-free leadership; resolve blockers within <4 hours. Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct sprints (dailies, retros, demos). Manage backlog with Product Owner (prioritized user stories). Report weekly metrics to CTO.
