We would love for you to join our team and be part of this exciting journey. Job Description We are seeking passionate individuals who want to join our Customer Success team as a Renewals Agent. Your Challenges - Perform renewals for assigned customers using your skills, ensuring proper management, classification, and follow-up. - Receive customer calls through various service channels to identify why they have not renewed their product and successfully recover outstanding balances. - Contact customers who have not renewed their invoices to identify the reason for non-renewal and achieve collection. - Ensure documentation of all interactions. What We Are Looking For? - Completed high school diploma or a professional degree in accounting or related field. - Minimum one year of experience in portfolio collections management, customer service, sales, customer loyalty, or retention. - Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting knowledge.
