Job Description: Responsible for facilitating the successful implementation of Scrum within teams involved in the company’s various IT projects, ensuring compliance with agile values and principles. Will work closely with Product Owners, project managers, and their teams; promoting agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives). Act as an agile coach for teams, helping them adopt and improve agile practices. Identify and remove impediments affecting team progress. Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is prioritized and ready. Participate in requirements-gathering meetings and project team committees. Write user stories and validate them with customers. Foster an environment of transparency, open communication, and team empowerment. Monitor and report metrics related to team performance (e.g., velocity, sprint completion rate). Ensure the team maintains a focus on delivering value to the customer.
