Risk assessment and development of mitigation strategies. * We are seeking a Security Supervisor with experience in logistics and transportation for a responsible position within our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supervising security protocols to ensure protection of our assets and the welfare of our personnel. Your logistics experience will be crucial to optimizing security processes and ensuring operational efficiency. You must adopt a comprehensive approach to security, assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies. Additionally, your knowledge of transportation will enable you to manage and supervise security operations related to the movement of goods and personnel. * Key responsibilities include: 1. Monitoring, auditing, and verifying compliance with the company’s operational security guidelines applicable to processes, physical infrastructure, operations, employees, suppliers, driver partners, and customers. 2. Accompanying and managing various operational incidents en route that pose security risks to the company. 3. Conducting security analyses on urban routes and carrying out required investigative processes. 4. Issuing security-related reports or logs for logistics operations. 5. Performing motorized escorts for cargo loads as directed by your immediate supervisor and based on alerts issued by information systems and access control systems. 6. Coordinating security activities with State Authorities, as required during operations. 7. Ensuring daily closure of cash collections. 8. Delivering specific security instructions at the end of your work shift. * Requirements: * Technical/Technological: Business Administration, Logistics, Police Service. * Knowledge of: Legal regulations and sector-specific transportation rules, security, logistics, and transportation. * 2 years of experience in security coordination or supervision within the land freight transportation or logistics sector. * Mandatory: The candidate must possess personal transportation means and be available to travel wherever operationally required—including intercity travel if necessary.
