Job Summary: Accenture is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize cloud-based data solutions and enable data-driven decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Operational Intelligence). The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing cloud-based data solutions, working with large volumes of data to enable data-driven decision-making and generate business value. Role Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines in cloud environments. Manage and optimize data solutions on AWS (S3, Glue, Athena). Model, transform, and analyze large volumes of data (Big Data). Develop data ingestion, processing, and storage processes using Python and SQL. Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, availability, and scalability. Manage repositories and development environments using tools such as Git and Linux. Position Requirements: Experience in data engineering within cloud environments. Knowledge of AWS (S3, Glue, Athena). Proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience in data processing and Big Data environments. Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). Proficiency with Git and Linux. Ability to work collaboratively and proactively solve problems. Must reside in Medellín or surrounding areas.
