What will be your mission? Provide efficient, courteous, and solution-oriented support to users (suppliers, entrepreneurs, and dropshippers) via the Intercom platform, handling all warranty-related requests and ensuring a positive experience aligned with Dropi’s service standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical or technological degree, or currently enrolled in administrative, customer service, logistics, industrial engineering, communications, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital customer service (chat, email, or CRM). Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or logistics companies is desirable. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive abilities. Office Tools: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
