At Dropi Holding, we are looking for a passionate Warranty Support Agent committed to customer service and after-sales support. What will be your mission? Deliver efficient, courteous, and solution-oriented support to users (suppliers, entrepreneurs, and dropshippers) via the Intercom platform, managing all warranty-related requests to guarantee a positive experience aligned with Dropi's service standards. Essential Skills and Requirements: Technical or technological degree, or currently enrolled in administrative, customer service, logistics, industrial engineering, communications, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital customer service (chat, email, or CRM). Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or logistics companies is preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive ability. Office Tools: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
