Job Summary: We are seeking a Telecommunications Professional to design, implement, administer, and optimize the network infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and efficiency. Support for critical communication services We are looking for a Telecommunications Professional who will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and optimizing the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of technological and communication services. Knowledge and Experience: - Administration of Cisco and Fortinet devices - Networking and IP telephony - VPN/IPSec - Azure and cloud services - Firewalls, WAFs, switches, routers, and access points - Meraki dashboard - RADIUS, DNS, DHCP, and GPO - Active Directory and DUO - SD-WAN and videoconferencing - Vulnerability management and hardening - Ticketing system tools Key Responsibilities: - Telecommunications infrastructure administration and maintenance - Implementation and administration of VPN/IPSec connections. - Management and resolution of technical incidents - Administration of VoIP, videoconferencing, SD-WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and access points. - Implementation of technological improvements - Preparation of technical reports - Vendor management - Security assurance and regulatory compliance - Support for critical communication services Mandatory Certifications: • ITIL or SCRUM • AZ-900 Microsoft Azure • Fortinet or Cisco certifications • Cybersecurity courses (optional) . -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Professional Program 3 years of experience Languages: English Skills: Proactivity, Teamwork, Azure, Cybersecurity, Cisco, Fortinet, ITIL, Scrum Keywords: expert, professional, professional, expert
