Profile We seek a Technician, Technologist, or student pursuing studies related to Business Administration, Economics, or other administrative fields, with at least one (1) year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call centers, with a commercial and service-oriented focus. Required knowledge includes: Sales process and consultative selling Customer service and retention Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) CRM Job Objective: Support the sales team throughout the entire sales process, from customer acquisition to retention, contributing to the achievement of departmental business objectives and KPIs.
