The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating voice services (STT/TTS), audio processing, and AI orchestrators—enabling seamless, low-latency conversational experiences for our clients. Role Responsibilities: - Implement bidirectional voice-to-text integration. - Optimize response times in transcription and synthesis. - Manage audio formats and processing pipelines. - Integrate voice layer with agentic orchestrator. - Support audio quality and latency testing. Position Requirements: We seek professionals with 3+ years of experience in similar roles and proven expertise in: - Technical integration with STT services (e.g., Amazon Transcribe, ElevenLabs, or similar). - Technical integration with TTS services (e.g., Amazon Transcribe, ElevenLabs, or similar). - Audio processing (formats, encoding, streaming). - Basic latency optimization in voice services. - Experience integrating external services via API. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience with WebSockets or real-time streaming. - Knowledge of Voice UX or SSML. - Proficiency in buffer management and real-time processing. - Experience in contact center systems.
