Position: Warehouse Associate Department: Logistics / Warehouse Contract Type: Project-based Employment Work Location: Barranquilla, with availability for travel Job Description We are looking for a Warehouse Associate responsible for the proper management, control, and custody of inventories, ensuring traceability, availability, and appropriate handling of materials, tools, and company assets in accordance with internal procedures and quality, occupational health, and safety guidelines. Profile Requirements Academic Qualifications Technologist degree in Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Industrial Production, or related fields. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a warehouse associate, logistics assistant, or similar roles. Preferred experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, electrical, or technical service companies. Knowledge - Inventory, ledger (kardex), and asset control management - Intermediate-level Excel proficiency - ERP systems or inventory software (preferred) - Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and sound warehousing practices Main Responsibilities - Receive, register, store, and dispatch materials, tools, and equipment - Ensure traceability of inventory inflows and outflows - Conduct periodic physical inventories and reconcile them with system records - Safeguard and control assets assigned to technicians and projects - Maintain an organized, clearly labeled, and optimally conditioned warehouse - Report inconsistencies, damages, losses, or material obsolescence - Comply with and promote Occupational Health and Safety regulations Required Competencies - Organization and planning - Attention to detail - Responsibility and commitment - Results orientation - Teamwork Working Conditions Salary: COP 2,000,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Benefits: As per company policy. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technological Degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 35 years Travel Availability: Yes Keywords: warehouseman, bodeguero, almacenista
