Job stability We are looking for an HSE ASSISTANT **Location:** Funza, Cundinamarca **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term, direct employment with the company **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, with availability for one Saturday per month What will be your challenge? Support the execution of **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and environmental management** activities within the company's operations, contributing to compliance with internal standards, legal requirements, and management system guidelines. Main Responsibilities * Support the implementation of **OSH Management System (SG\-SST)** activities at the Funza site. * Conduct supervision and follow-up of occupational safety and health activities. * Support safety inspections, identification of unsafe conditions, and follow-up on improvement actions. * Support the management and control of records and documentation of the Management System. * Monitor the proper delivery and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support training, awareness-raising, and induction activities related to OSH. * Support activities related to **environmental management**. * Participate in occupational risk prevention, promotion, and control activities. * Support preparation of information and evidence required for audits. * Maintain up-to-date records and supporting documents for performed activities. * Support scheduled activities with the Workers' Compensation Insurance Provider (ARL) and other stakeholders of the Management System. Requirements * Technical or technological degree in Occupational Safety and Health, HSEQ, Risk Management, or related fields. * Minimum 8 months of experience in OSH-related activities, preferably in industrial sector companies. * Basic knowledge of OSH regulations and occupational risk management. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Experience or knowledge in environmental management is desirable. * Availability to work on-site in **Funza**.
