We are looking for a Project Analyst who will contribute to the successful execution of our manufacturing, installation, and export projects, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. **What You Will Do:** * Coordinate and track production and export projects. * Manage communication among departments such as production, logistics, procurement, and sales. * Prepare reports, KPIs, and progress updates. * Control technical and administrative project documentation. * Track domestic and international suppliers and customers. * Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities. **What We Are Looking For:** * Professional or final-semester student in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. * Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, industrial production, logistics, exports, or operational planning. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of management KPIs, scheduling, and ERP systems. * Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is desirable. **What We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company. * Salary: COP 2,000,000 – 2,500,000 + statutory benefits. * Work modality: On-site. * Location: Bogotá (occasional travel required). * Working hours: * Mon–Thu: 7:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.; Fri: 7:00 A.M. – 1:40 P.M. * Job stability and professional growth opportunities. * Participation in national and international projects. * Collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement. * Ongoing learning in industrial processes, logistics, and exports. **Key Competencies:** Effective communication, organization, teamwork, attention to detail, proactivity, analytical ability, and results orientation.
