Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Trainer to develop and strengthen the sales team's capabilities in the timber sector through training and follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implementation of commercial training programs. **COMMERCIAL TRAINER – TIMBER SECTOR** **Location:** Medellín, Antioquia **At Tolua Maderas y Herrajes S.A.S.,** we are looking for a **Commercial Trainer** with experience in the timber sector, focused on developing and strengthening the sales team’s capabilities through training, coaching, and follow-up processes that contribute to achieving the company’s objectives. **Requirements** * University degree or technical diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** as a Commercial Trainer, Commercial Instructor, or in related roles. * **Mandatory experience in companies within the timber, panels, hardware, or construction materials sector.** * Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and sales team development. * Excellent communication skills, leadership, results orientation, and ability to effectively convey knowledge. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement training programs for the sales team. * Train staff on product portfolio, sales techniques, and customer service. * Provide coaching and performance follow-up for the sales team. * Identify training needs and develop improvement plans. * Evaluate training effectiveness using management indicators. * Support onboarding and training of newly hired sales personnel. * Ensure the sales team remains continuously updated on products, promotions, and sales strategies. **Conditions** * **Contract type:** Indefinite-term contract. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon, based on candidate’s experience and profile. * **Location:** Medellín.
