Job Summary: The Finance Officer supports the development of proposals, monitoring and reporting of agreements, providing technical guidance on accounting and tax-related matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accompany in the development and monitoring of proposals and agreements. 2. Provide technical guidance on accounting and tax-related matters. 3. Ensure compliance with regulations and guarantee stability. The purpose of the Finance Officer position is to support the development of proposals, monitoring and reporting of agreements signed by the area and/or provide technical guidance to the team leader in all processes related to accounting, taxation, budget preparation, reporting, and management of implementing partners within the area, ensuring compliance with NRC, donor and governmental regulations, and safeguarding organizational stability, growth and accountability.
