Requirements * Technician or Professional in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering. * Proficiency in office productivity tools. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Prior experience in technical support or help desk roles is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Provide technical support to internal users and customers. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and communications incidents. * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of technological equipment. * Manage support requests and inquiries. * Prepare technical reports and documentation. * Support various projects and activities within the support department.
