Job Summary: Define and develop improvements in internal and external logistics to enhance efficiency, adopt technologies, and support strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of metrics and KPIs for warehouse processes **PURPOSE / MISSION** Define and develop improvements through the implementation of methodologies and improvement strategies in internal logistics (intralogistics) and external logistics, aligned with organizational guidelines, to generate efficiencies, adopt new technologies, and support decision-making in fulfillment of the company's strategic objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Implement strategies for appropriate material management by optimizing storage and product placement according to material flow and rotation tracking per business policies, updating system configurations to ensure alignment between storage and productivity. * Analyze, propose, and implement process improvements supported by methodologies, techniques, and adaptable technologies for area sub-processes, aiming to optimize resource utilization, improve quality, and reduce cycle times. * Map and document processes, identifying potential efficiencies and establishing control points per organizational guidelines to ensure compliance with warehouse policies and business definitions on material management. * Propose and apply new workflows that are clear, replicable, and aligned with organizational goals; manage workflow creation for materials related to logistics data. * Monitor performance metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), generating updated, accurate, and timely information on warehouse process status. * Design, plan, and ensure appropriate workload and material distribution within the warehouse. * Promote implementation and standardization across all sites of best practices and process improvements developed. * Support logistics leadership and management in developing and implementing methodologies, processes, practices, and technologies for various initiatives and projects aimed at improving performance of logistics sub-processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure their functionality in synergy with engineering department initiatives. * Monitor, control, and configure required system changes related to lung reference balancing, lung reorder point, etc., and ensure internal warehouse processes (Receipt \- Storage \- Dispatch) via SAP, as well as guarantee proper batch control under inventory methodologies and supply strategies for production lines. **EDUCATION** Bachelor’s degree in Production or Logistics Engineering or Administration. **EXPERIENCE** **(2\) years of experience in warehouse and inventory management and implementation of improvement methodologies** **Intermediate-to-advanced Excel, statistics, improvement methodologies**
